Pete Secret
Founder and CEO

Pete began his career as an intern in college and from there, he built a successful business as a financial advisor whilst doing educational seminars over four years. At the age of 26, Pete was promoted to National Training Officer in Hartford, Connecticut where he helped train 2000+ financial advisors in two years. He 's then held roles including assistant branch manager in Sarasota, Florida, branch manager in Clearwater, Florida, complex manager in Atlanta, Georgia, and regional director of the Southeast region for JP Morgan. After 27 years in corporate America, Pete left JP Morgan and decided to build a world-class coaching and transitioning firm to help wealth advisors. Pete spent his entire career on Wall Street helping financial professionals reach their highest potential and has expertise in all aspects of the wealth management business. He'll negotiate on your behalf and provide you with the competitive edge you need during a transition.

Nathan Crair
Managing Partner
Nathan Crair, with his 40 years of experience, has held positions ranging from a Financial Advisor to a Divisional Director. He spent 15 years with Merrill Lynch running the West LA Market as Managing Director and Market Executive, and an additional 4 years as the Divisional Director of the Southwest Division for Rockefeller Capital Management.
He was the Divisional Director at Rockefeller Capital Management, where he oversaw the Southwest Division and recruited teams worth $47M in revenue and $8B in AUM. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Nathan was the Managing Director of the West Los Angeles Complex at Merrill Lynch, where he grew the complex from 3 to 7 branches and increased revenues from $50M to over $230M. He was named Director of the Year in 2007 and served on the Directors Advisory Council to Management. He also held various senior positions at Prudential Securities and Wachovia Securities, including Branch Manager, Director of Financial Services, and Complex Manager. He started his career as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch in 1981.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from U.C. Berkeley and has multiple licenses in the financial sector. He is also involved in several professional and community organizations and serves as the Board President of Students Run LA, a non-profit organization. He is based in Pacific Palisades, CA.

Jacob Feinberg
Vice President
Jake was born in Atlanta and moved to Florida when he was very young. He has a multitude of experience in Customer management, Sales, Leadership and other fields.He is a terrific listener and will do his utmost to fulfill all client desires.In his free time he enjoys watching football, traveling and reading.
Jake has had a variety of different jobs and is fortunate to have gained experience from past jobs in business, sales, and customer service. He previously worked at a Merchant Cash Advance company called Prosource which gave him skills for engaging with customers in a professional way. He's also worked in Tax Law as a consultant at Action Tax Group otherwise known as National Tax Advisory and at both firms he was bringing in an average of $175K per month in revenue.

Jack Schneider
Sales Associate
Jack is a versatile individual with diverse interests, including his love of golf, lacrosse, and spear fishing. He grew up in Lake Forest, Illinois, and later moved to Florida to study International Business at Florida Atlantic University. During university, he gained valuable work experience through an internship with Ameriprise Financial.
Jack's passion for sales and providing exceptional client service stems from his experience in the wealth management industry. Additionally, Jack is a well-traveled individual fluent in Spanish and dedicated to delivering comprehensive information to his clients. His drive and work ethic make Jack an excellent salesperson, and his diverse background and interests set him apart from other professionals in the field.

Matthew Fasig
Senior Consultant
Matthew graduated from The University of Georgia in 2018 with degrees in political science and international affairs, before relocating to Auckland, New Zealand with his fiancé where he began his career in wealth management recruitment. In New Zealand, he became the top billing consultant and worked with preeminent brokerage firms, wealth management companies, and family offices. In March 2020, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and immediately began working with a retained executive search firm.
Through both experiences, he gained an appreciation for the importance of the candidate experience and the sensitivities associated with navigating a career transition. At Spartan Advisory Group, Matthew continues to advise financial advisors on the transition process and the full range of opportunities available in the wealth management industry.
In his free time, Matthew enjoys studying economics and international relations, reading literature, and exercising. He’s passionate about serving his community and continuing to deepen his relationships with his friends and family.

Michael Maron
Managing Partner
Michael Maron brings over 36 years of financial services industry experience to his role as Senior Partner at Spartan. Over his career, he has worked as a Financial Advisor, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Director, and Head of Recruiting.
For the past 14 years, Michael was a Managing Director at JP Morgan in multiple roles. He was a Regional Director for Westchester County, NY prior to taking over the Midwest region in Chicago. As Regional Director, Michael was integral in helping Financial Advisors grow their business. He was also responsible for growing the market through recruiting experienced Financial Advisors. His most recent role was the Head of Financial Advisor Recruiting at JP Morgan Advisors. Over his career in senior management, he has been a part of transitioning over $12 Billion in assets.
Michael also serves as an expert witness for Financial Services Arbitrations.
Michael lives in Sleepy Hollow, NY with his wife of 34 years, Joyce. He enjoys playing golf and is a very amateur guitarist.

Alison Trizzino
Managing Partner
Alison is well-versed in the financial industry and brings years of experience to Spartan Advisory Partners. She previously worked at J.P. Morgan where she helped successfully transition 5 billion in assets and onboard 20 Private Wealth Management Advisors to J.P. Morgan.
During her time working in the financial industry, Alison has been an empathetic leader providing a personal experience and a catalyst for adding value to highly successful advisors. In 2020, Alison decided to leverage her well-established skill in talent recruitment by associating with Spartan Advisory as a Managing Partner. In this position, Alison helps to educate and facilitate wealth managers on the many options they have available.
In her spare time, Alison enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, working out and trying to complete too many DIY projects.

Ivan Burnley
Senior Associate
Ivan is an experienced recruiting and business development specialist, currently located in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Georgia State University in 2018 with a B.B.A in Accounting. After graduating, he moved to Paris, France to work as a business associate for a boutique real estate development firm before relocating back to the US at the end of 2019 to co-found and manage a small apparel manufacturing business.
During the pandemic in 2020, Ivan transitioned into the recruitment space, leveraging his accounting and finance background to source candidates and make placements for boutique, regional, and Fortune 500 companies. Recently, Ivan joined Spartan Advisory Partners to grow the search practice, and help serve clients seeking talent for niche roles in the wealth management space.

Hudson Feinberg
Marketing Associate
Hudson Feinberg brings a lifelong connection to the financial services industry to his role at Spartan Advisory Partners, shaped early on by his father’s career as a financial advisor. A graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, he holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate and Planning and was awarded both the Dean’s and Florida Bright Futures scholarships.
Before joining Spartan, Hudson interned at Howard Michael Associates, supporting capital markets recruiting efforts for firms like Goldman Sachs and RBC. He also gained experience in athlete marketing with Rosenhaus Sports Representation. A former competitive soccer player, he developed a strong foundation in teamwork and discipline—qualities he now applies to building lasting relationships with financial professionals. Outside of work, Hudson enjoys golf and is a dedicated Manchester United supporter.

Aubrey Pritchett

With experience in both financial and media sectors, Aubrey is a well-rounded marketing and sales professional. Born and raised in Atlanta, Aubrey grew up in close proximity to the business, as her father has been a financial advisor for 33+ years.
She graduated from Boston College in 2021 with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Management and Leadership. She went on to pursue marketing roles within the entertainment industry at iHeartMedia. After moving to NYC in 2022, she began providing marketing and administrative services to small businesses in the area. Aubrey has a keen sense for listening to client needs and driving purposeful results. She is enthusiastic about advisors finding their best fit. Her other interests include fitness, travel and animals.

Alex Buckner

Alex Buckner is an ambitious and analytical finance professional who earned his degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. With hands-on experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and business operations, he has contributed to real-world projects including city innovation initiatives and angel investor evaluations. His background spans management, maintenance, and sales—demonstrating leadership, adaptability, and strong communication skills. Whether developing operational systems for a growing landscaping business or navigating objections in high-pressure sales environments, Alex brings a thoughtful and results-driven approach to every challenge.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Alex is a passionate team player who thrives on competition and creativity. He’s an avid gamer and enjoys ultimate frisbee and disc golf, sports that reflect his strategic mindset and energy.
