Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admin to join our Family Office Reporting team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have an accounting or CPA background, with a deep understanding of reporting and alternative investments. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team, working with high-level CA's in New York City. Estimated salary: ~$200,000

About the Role

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for all Family Office Reporting related matters
✅ Support the Family Office Reporting team in managing financial statements, investment reporting, and other accounting related tasks
✅ Coordinate with external service providers such as auditors, attorneys, and tax advisors
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
✅ Provide exceptional administrative support to the Family Office Reporting team

Responsibilities + Requirements

✅ Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

✅ CPA certification preferred

✅ 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance or related field

✅ Deep understanding of financial reporting and alternative investments

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
