Spartan Advisory Partners is seeking a Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of financial advisor recruiting experience who would join our team to recruit and transition financial advisors for our key wirehouse, broker-dealer, and RIA clients.
Spartan Advisory is a boutique Wealth Management consulting firm located in Atlanta, Boca Raton, and Charlotte whose purpose is to help educate financial advisors on the various options available in the wealth management industry. We help advisors learn more about what the firms we represent are currently providing for their type of business as well as what the current transition offerings may look like. We also work to help advisors understand other alternative models available, whether it's starting their own RIA, joining an RIA, Hybrid, or going Independent.
About the Role
Responsible for utilizing effective consulting strategies to ensure financial advisors are taken A-Z in the recruiting process
Own the process of building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
Maintain effective communications between all aspects of the business
Acquiring new business by prospecting to potential customers and following up on qualified leads from lead development - own and build your pipeline
Monitor and document client interactions and activity via CRM
Working within our tech stack (HubSpot, Slack, Google Drive, etc)

Responsibilities + Requirements
✅ 5+ of experience in financial advisor/wealth management recruiting
